SENIOR TRADEMARK AND DESIGN ATTORNEY

Mondial Marchi is hiring an experienced Trademark and Design Consultant, qualified to practice in Italy and the EU, for our Verona office.
Role and responsibilities
As a senior Consultant within our Trademarks and Design practice, you will be responsible for:
- Advising our clients on the best IP strategies to manage of their IP portfolios
- Assisting our clients in all legal matters relating to IP
- Conducting novelty searches and defining the territorial and substantive scope of trademark protection
- Drafting contracts and observations, handling litigation files, oppositions and appeals
- Delivering to our clients thoughtful, pragmatic and business-oriented advice
- Building a trustful relationship with our clients and strengthening the customer relationship through up-selling and cross-selling activities
- Representing Mondial Marchi while attending conferences and webinars and delivering presentations to clients, professionals and industry associations and organisations
Requirements
- Law degree
- You are a Trademark and Design Consultant qualified to practice in Italy and the EU and is therefore registered at the Italian Institute of Industrial Property Consultants
- You have worked for four years or more in an IP consulting firm, in the IP/trademark law department of a law office or in-house department
- You are proactive, commercially skilled, flexible and know how to set priorities
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (spoken and written), the knowledge of any other language will be considered as a plus
- You like working in a team
